About Morgan
A web designer, front-end web developer, project manager, and technical writer with over 14 years of professional and two decades of personal experience.
With over 10 years of experience in the event industry, I’ve led large-scale projects for major clients including Microsoft, the Gates Foundation, AWS, and Amazon. I specialize in managing multiple registration website builds and integration configurations at various stages of the project lifecycle. My work on cross-functional teams has honed my ability to balance client needs with compliance standards through clear, effective communication—consistently delivering high-quality results on time and to specification.
In my event industry work, I’ve traveled to over 20 countries—including South Africa, my personal favorite—to support the onsite execution of the technical components of registration for major conferences. Remarkably, I began this journey with a fear of flying so debilitating I couldn’t board a plane. Overcoming a severe fear of flying and going on to lead onsite execution across five continents made this global experience all the more rewarding.
In my free time, I enjoy growing these skillsets as co-CEO and co-founder of Hysterical Female, an Etsy-based small design business.
