  • Established and documented repeatable processes for AWS events, including imaging Surface laptops as kiosks and setting up Registration and Help Desk areas to ensure consistent onsite performance
  • Participated in meetings with the AWS events team to develop best practices for onsite setup testing; created comprehensive badge print test cases, which led to the adoption of live test badges at each event for improved QA
  • Conducted a documentation audit and proposed an onsite wiki to address pain points and improve access to operational knowledge
  • Proposed and built a process flow chart for the Delivery team using task-based project management software, and partnered with a Project Manager to implement a templated version of the process

  • Developed and implemented best practices and documentation standards for collecting client-provided content and technical requirements

Recognizing the challenges caused by inconsistent and outdated documentation, a decision was made to establish a dedicated Farm team to centralize and maintain company knowledge and develop a structured onboarding process.

  • Developed a comprehensive onboarding program that reduced new hire training time from one year to just one month
  • Conducted a comprehensive documentation audit to evaluate existing content, assess accuracy, identify gaps, and determine locations of all resources
  • Identified barriers to company-wide adoption of a doc site, extracted key problem statements, and implemented both technical and process-based solutions to drive engagement and improve long-term sustainability
  • Led the coordination of technical documentation needs through thoughtful information architecture and a complete revamp of the internal documentation site, applying UX design principles and establishing a process for tagging and flagging content to enhance searchability and discoverability
  • Authored technical documentation to standardize processes and ensure consistency across teams company-wide
  • Initiated and led task forces to improve processes for requirement gathering, technical specification maintenance, and testing—resulting in the creation of a formal QA process and the establishment of a dedicated QA department
