Employee Onboarding Initiatives
Onboarding Program
The employee onboarding program was built during my time at eventcore serving on the FARM Team—a dedicated group created to centralize company knowledge and establish a structured onboarding process. The initial iteration of the program successfully reduced new hire training time from one year to just one month.

Applicant HTML Assessment
Designed as a basic HTML assessment for job applicants to evaluate HTML and CSS skills, it also aimed to gauge how candidates handle inconsistencies and vague requirements commonly found in client-provided specifications.

Freelance Web Design
Raynor Custom
This project was a new design. The Raynor Custom site focuses heavily on an image-based portfolio of work and testimonials from customers. Search Engine Optimization was important to the client and after we optimized the site, site traffic more than doubled.

This project was a redesign of a pre-existing site. We created a logo and a brand identity for West Seattle Fence with a consistent color scheme and use of fonts. This site focuses heavily on an image-based portfolio of fence work and testimonials from past customers.

Fido’s Faves
This project was a fictional e-commerce site to demonstrate understanding of the UX design process. We held small focus groups to determine a customer’s wants and needs as well as to develop a usable interaction design for the shopping cart.
